You will learn our tried and true focaccia recipe and pair it
with your creativity to create a lovely, delectable bread!
While it bakes, you will prepare a Whipped Lemon Ricotta Spread to accompany it.

Holiday Sugar Cookie Decorating Tues 12/10 (10am-12:30pm) Guest instructor Kelli Wright of Just Wright by Kelli will teach students how to decorate gorgeous sugar cookies! Discussion will include how to bake the perfect sugar cookie as well as tips and tricks on how to get the royal icing just right. Decorating is all hands on! From how to hold the piping bag, to outlining, flooding and accessorizing,Kelli will take students step by step through the decorating process as they embellish their set of holiday themed cookies.
